What services do you offer and what services do you not offer?

We offer cut, color & styling services, as well as a permanent wave service. We do not offer Keratin treatments, traditional perms or hair extensions (i.e. no cut, color, or application of extensions at this time), but we will be happy to make recommendations for you.

Which stylist should I see?

We have some amazing individuals with a lot of talent, all ranging in styles, personalities & specialties. Be sure and check out the “Team” section on our website to get to know our stylists more. We also encourage you to check out more of their incredible work on Instagram.

What is the cancellation policy and why do I need to have a credit card on file?

We require a strict 24-hour notice for haircut reschedules/cancellations and a 48-hour notice for all color reschedules/cancellations. Any appointment cancelled/ rescheduled without a 24-48 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved services, and any No call - No shows as well as same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved services. No Covid exceptions/ emergencies apply. Arriving 15 minutes passed the appointment start time will likewise result in a charge to the card on file for the reserved time. We require a card on file to secure all of our appointments, you will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated or you are over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment.

What are your mask and Covid19 policies?

Masks are now optional in the salon in accordance to CDC guidelines. However, we are committed to providing a safe space for our guests, so if you would like for your stylist to wear a mask with you during your appointment, please check the box via online form and your stylist will be happy to.

If you feel any symptoms, have pending test results, or have come into contact with someone with Covid- we ask that you cancel your appointment with the timely notice of our cancellation policy to be safe, and to ensure the safety of others.

How do I know what I need for my first appointment?

Booking your first appointment can be tricky! So we have asked that ALL NEW guests fill out a simple consultation form when booking online (this will require you to attach photos as well.) If you are unsure what to book for, we can happily assist you, just give us a call to inquire or set up a more in-depth virtual consultation with your desired stylist.

What should I do if I am running late?

If you are running late, we kindly ask you to call the salon to let us know! Arriving 15 minutes passed your appointment start time will result in the card on file being charged for the reservation of time, and may require us to alter the appointment. Above all else, your appointment is a reservation of time booked- so if the appointment is compromised due to lateness, you are still responsible for services initially booked.

Can I be notified if an appointment opens up sooner?

Absolutely! We have a Cancellation List for this very reason that is constantly checked and used! Simply contact us by phone or email and request to be put on this list so we can notify you as soon as something opens up.

What is your return or exchange policy for product?

We truly believe in and stand behind the products, performance and companies we work with. We do not offer refunds on products. If you are having trouble using a product you purchased - reach out to us, especially if using non-toxic products are new to you! We or one of our stylists will be happy to assist you!

How much do your services cost?

Our prices vary depending on the stylist and amount of time needed for your appointment. The prices listed for individual stylists are based on standard timing of each service listed under each stylist’s BIO. Please be advised that if you need additional time based on hair density, length, or service complexity - we will adjust the time/price accordingly prior to booking.

Do you have a service guarantee?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If for any reason you are unhappy with/ need a quick fix for the services that were provided, please call us within 7 days of the original service. While we do not give monetary refunds on hair services rendered, we do proudly provide the opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services reassessed and redone complimentary by your original stylist.

What is a permanent wave and how does booking for it work?

A permanent wave is a professional texturizing service that creates soft, natural looking wave and curl patterns that can last up to 6-8 months! It can only be booked after having a consultation with our permanent wave specialist. You can fill out the consultation/permanent wave request form here.

Do you do children’s hair?

We service any person who is old enough/ able to have a service done with no supervision of a guardian or guest! We do not however have special prices for youth or children. Our prices are based off time, are genderless and apply to any age.

How can I purchase product?
