Frequently asked questions
We require a strict 24-hour notice for haircut reschedules/cancellations and a 48-hour notice for all color reschedules/cancellations. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled without a 24-48 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved services, and any no call/no shows as well as same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the reserved services. No Covid exceptions/ emergencies apply. Arriving 15 minutes past the appointment start time will likewise result in a charge to the card on file for the reserved time. We require a card on file to secure all of our appointments, you will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated or you are over 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment.
If you are running late, we kindly ask you to text the salon to let us know! Arriving 15 minutes past your appointment start time will result in the card on file being charged for the reservation of time, and may require us to alter the appointment. Above all else, your appointment is a reservation of time booked - so if the appointment is compromised due to lateness, you are still responsible for services initially booked.
Prices will vary depending on the stylist, service, and time needed. If you’re on a budget or looking for a more firm guesstimate, no biggie! We totally get it. You can always request a breakdown by texting the salon and one of our coordinators can give you more specific pricing during a quick text consultation.
Masks are now optional in the salon in accordance to CDC guidelines. However, we are committed to providing a safe space for our guests, so if you would like for your stylist to wear a mask with you during your appointment, please check the box via online form and your stylist will be happy to.
If you feel any symptoms, have pending test results, or have come into contact with someone with Covid- we ask that you cancel your appointment with the timely notice of our cancellation policy to be safe, and to ensure the safety of others.
Booking your first appointment can be tricky! So we have asked that ALL NEW guests fill out the simple consultation form when booking online (this will require you to attach photos as well.) You can generally pick what you think fits your goals best from our service menu, and a salon coordinator or the stylist will contact you and make adjustments as needed. If you are still unsure what to book for, just give us a text to inquire or set up a more in-depth virtual or in-person consultation with your desired stylist.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your hair, we will gladly adjust it for you! Adjustments are scheduled exactly like regular appointments at no charge. To qualify for an adjustment, please text or email the salon within 7 days of your original service date. Your adjustment appointment will be scheduled with the same stylist from your original service. Please note that we do not offer refunds for services or products.
