Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation/reschedule policy is a strict 48-hr notice for ALL color appointments, and 24-hr notice for ALL haircut appointments. Appointments rescheduled/cancelled without this notice will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service (same day cancellations & no shows will be charged 100%).

To cancel outside of business hours, email us at hello@ravenrowsalon.com with the required notice.

How we do things

We charge a $4 surcharge on your service total to support our green initiative. We thank you in advance for your support!

All services are subject to change based on time needed for the service.

Our hair services are not gender or age-specific. Children must be at least 10 years old and able to sit by themselves in the salon chair without adult supervision. 

We designate our rates based on hair length and density, and longevity of each specific service.

Before any service is confirmed we will need a credit card on file for our cancellation policy.

How to arrive for your curl cut

Please avoid arriving with your hair in any style that will alter your natural curl pattern - wear your hair down.

This means no buns, twists, braids, headbands, ponytails, or up-styles.

Avoid sticky/heavy gel, oil, and butter products on the day of your appointment.

Best way to prepare for your appointment is to arrive freshly washed & detangled.

Please be advised that there will be a fee and a reschedule if the guidelines are not followed.

Product Return Policy

All retail sales are final. We strongly believe in the products we choose to carry. We only support and partner with like minded product companies who consciously & sustainably source their ingredients. If you are not happy with a certain product, please ask your stylist for more information on how to use it on your hair. We would only recommend what we believe will be the best for you and your hair. Sometimes when making the switch to non toxic/clean products, your hair needs time to adjust.

Gift Cards are non refundable.  Cards must be presented for redemption & are valid for 12 months after issue date.
